The
Haunted Mansion Rating: Damned if I know. Okay, here's the deal. I got 2 passes to see this movie this past Monday. For some strange reason, nobody I knew was willing to take the other pass off my hands. In fact, I couldn't even find someone to go with me on my pass. Even the lovely and talented Mrs. Naked turned me down. Finally, my good friend Red emailed me and mentioned that we hadn't hung out in a while. So, I pretty much begged her to come with me, and she agreed. Unfortunately, I only brought one pass. Most of these passes are "Admit 2", but because I didn't read it properly, I didn't know it was only an "Admit 1" pass. Which left Red and I at the theatre with only one ticket. We went to Guest Services and explained our dilemma. The very kind and understanding person behind the desk said that he understood perfectly what had happened, and said he was "pretty sure" he could get us both in. As he disappeared to find the manager to get us approved, it dawned on us...we were going through a LOT of work just to see "The Haunted Mansion". And, after a bit of debate, we agreed that ANY work was probably too much work to see "The Haunted Mansion." So, before Guest Services Guy came back, we left. We went and had a beer instead. So, I have no idea if this is any good. But it's bound to suck, right? I mean, it's a Disney movie starring Eddie Murphy, based on a theme park ride. I
think we made the right choice.
